Our Young Thai Coconuts

Our coconut water and coconut meat come from premium young coconuts imported from Thailand. Our coconuts are harvested young when the coconut water is naturally fragrant and refreshing and the coconut meat is soft and tender.

Fun Fact about Our Coconuts!

Our coconuts are harvested young, when the coconut water is naturally clear, fragrant, and refreshing. Over time, coconut water can naturally oxidize and gradually develop a pink or reddish hue. This color change can occur naturally due to reactions involving compounds and enzymes found in the coconut. If you leave our coconut water out long enough as an experiment (not for drinking!), you may notice it gradually change from clear → pink → reddish as it naturally oxidizes. It’s one of the fascinating characteristics of coconut water and a reminder of the natural qualities of the coconut water we use in our drinks.
